SERVICES DESCRIPTION

Creditable Advice LLC and its affiliates make every effort to appropriately characterize their services. Creditable Advice LLC does not guarantee, however, that the descriptions of the Services or any other content on this website are true, complete, accurate, current, or error-free. Your only option if a Service provided by Creditable Advice LLC itself is not what was promised is to discontinue the service in accordance with the terms outlined in the Service Agreement. The prices listed on the website are in US dollars and only apply to purchases made within the US.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE USE OF THE CREDITABLE ADVICE LLC CREDIT REPAIR SERVICES:

Creditable Advice LLC's Service Agreement governs all uses and/or purchases of its credit repair services, whether they are made in person or not. Subject to the terms and limitations in the Creditable Advice LLC's Contractual Agreement, users may terminate their accounts at any time. However, since we are unable to prorate, the client's account will remain active until the conclusion of the current cycle of payments. Prorated refunds are not available, and all client cancellations must be made in writing. Following receipt of your written letter of cancellation requesting by Creditable Advice LLC, your account will be closed at the conclusion of the current paid-monthly cycle. Upon the conclusion of the paid subscription, your member access to the site will be terminated. You acknowledge that the costs paid are non-refundable. Additionally, any cancellations must precisely adhere to the terms and circumstances of the Contractual Agreement with Creditable Advice LLC. Regardless of whether payments are made to a Creditable Advice LLC agent or through this website: www.creditableadvicellc.com, in the case of a conflict, the terms and conditions in this Terms of Use shall prevail and be deemed the controlling document.

INAPPROPRIATE IMAGES OR WORDS

If Creditable Advice LLC determines, in its sole discretion, that any language or photos supplied by you are inappropriate or may expose it to liability, including without limitation the following:
